Register your animal

This form has five steps:

1. 1 Instructions
2. 2 Owner details
3. 3 Address where animal(s) are kept
4. 4 Animal details
5. 5 Declaration

You will be able to complete the registration of up to two animals during this process.

To complete this form you will need:

• done Your animal's microchip number (or written advice from a qualified Vet that it would be detrimental to the animal’s health).
• done A desexing certificate from a qualified vet. Please refer to the allowable exemptions for non-desexed animals.

NOTE: Initial registration from now until to April 10 is free so no payment is required at this time.

If you exceed the maximum number of dogs/cats (e.g. more than 2 dogs or more than 3 cats, etc.) you can complete this registration, but you must also apply for an Animal Permit. View more details about Animal Permits.
