You can register two animals.

Restricted breeds are as follows – a Pitbull Terrier or American Pitbull Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, Dogo Argentino, Japanese Tosa or Perro de Presa Canario.
You may continue with this registration, however an Animal Management Officer will contact you to discuss requirements for owning a restricted breed, dangerous or menacing dog.
To be eligible for a guide dog exemption, you must produce valid documentation on a letterhead by Guide Dogs Victoria or Seeing Eye Dogs Victoria.
If the exact date of birth is not known, please select an approximate date based on the animal’s age.
NOTE: Microchipping is mandatory for registration unless you can provide evidence from a vet that it would be detrimental to the animal’s health
Desexing is mandatory for cats. You may proceed with your application, but you will be contacted by the Animal Management team. You may be eligible for a desexing voucher. Find out more about desexing vouchers.
i.e. Written advice from a qualified Vet that desexing would be detrimental to the animal’s health.
i.e A copy of a document or letter confirming the owner’s membership and animal’s registration with Australian National Cats Inc, Cats Victoria Inc, Feline Control Council (Victoria) Inc, The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy Australia and Victoria Inc, Australia Association of Professional Dog Trainers Inc, Delta Society of Australia, The Gentle Dog Trainers Association Inc, Dogs Victoria, Top Dog K9 Training Academy, or Four Paws K9 Training.
i.e. evidence must be provided on letterhead by the proprietor of the business/stock or some proof that the dog is used daily for working stock or be a current financial member of Dogs Victoria where a current copy of your membership card must be provided.
